Project Details

The project has been built on a site containing the remains of  an  old  church  and  graveyard. The site was challenging due to it being sandwiched between a listed  community building to the west, a  new-build residential tower to the east, and the bow road flyover immediately to the south of the site.

The new building provides twenty-nine affordable dwellings ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom family homes. The scheme is arranged over eight floors and includes a spacious communal roof terrace. The ground floor is given over to a new church facility and landscaped area.
