The project is a mixed-use residential-led scheme which comprises 55 flats of one, two and three bedrooms, and 519m² of commercial space. The scale of the project has been carefully designed to respond to specific site conditions, with building A (the northern block) ranging from 4 to 6 storeys, and building B (the southern block s) ranging from 4 to 7 storeys.
The blocks are positioned around a shared communal amenity area and the aspect of the dwellings has been carefully designed to overlook eother this space or the surrounding streets so that overlooking to neighbouring properties is avoided.
