To meet the needs of the expanding school, the proposed development will provide additional facilities for the school. The development will provide two storeys of school facilities and three storeys of private residential accommodation with separate access. The eight private one and two bed dwellings will fund the development of the school below. The new building will provide the school with three additional teaching spaces and informal teaching / break out areas. Additionally two new offices, a small kitchen, W/C facilities and storage cupboards will form part of the building. The main circulation, with large elements of glazing, is part double height allowing light to flood into the building.
