We were the lead consultant involved in the design and construction of Hanover Park, Peckham. Hanover Park is one of the largest keyworker housing schemes in south London. The challenge was to design a modern, high quality development on a dense urban site.
A sixty metre long, seven storey central walkway, conceived as a series of bridges, is part of an innovative fire engineering solution which reduces requirements for vertical circulation and is intended to foster social interaction between the occupants within each separate block.
