The development is located near to Peckham Rye and is a tight urban, backland site that was previously occupied by an industrial warehouse. The scheme comprises of eight, three and four bedroom terrace houses with private rear gardens and car parking for each dwelling.
The development was constructed using prefabricated timber cassette panels (MMC) that form the external and internal walls, intermediate floors and roof, to achieve high thermal performance standards.
